What to Expect
Here are some the most commonly asked questions…
A responsible adult (must be 18 years of age or older) to sign you out and drive you home following your procedure. For your safety you are not allowed to take a taxi, bus, driving service, etc.
What to bring?
- Please bring your Photo ID – Drivers License, Military ID or Passport
- Please bring all health insurance cards and information.
- Paperwork, if completed prior to procedure.
- Please complete forms provided on this site under Patient Forms
What do I do the morning of my procedure?
- Do not eat or drink anything unless instructed by your physician. This includes coffee, water, gum, or mints and chewing tobacco.
- Do not wear make up.
- Leave all valuables at home.
- Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing.
Where should I park?
Harmony Surgery Center is located at 2127 East Harmony Road, Suite 200, Fort Collins, CO 80528. Harmony Surgery Center is located in Building B, on the second floor. It is most convenient to park in front of Building B on the North side of the building.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive one hour before your procedure is scheduled. There are some exceptions so please check with your physician’s office before your procedure.
Where should I go?
Once you have entered the main entrance of Building B, please take the elevators directly to your left, and go to the second floor. You will check in at the Reception desk (located to the right as you get off the elevators).
Where can my family and friends wait for me?
Family and friends are welcome to wait for you in the lobby or there is a café located on first floor.
Are there public telephones?
Public telephones are located in our lobby, and on the first floor behind the elevators.
Is this a non-smoking campus?
The entire Harmony Campus is a non-smoking campus. Please dispose of all smoking materials in the containers provided at each entrance.
Overnight Suites
Welcome to our overnight suites. On occasion your physician may admit you overnight for treatment. Our beautiful, private suites provide just the right atmosphere for your quiet recovery. Your safety, comfort and outcome are always our first priority.
